- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mother in law passed away and I called them to find out what we have to do. We have never done this before and she passed away unexpectedly. I wanted to make an appointment and have them help walk us through this. The man I talked to was horrible. He was rude and not sympathetic considering we have just lost someone. He refused to take our lived one as she was still paying on her father's funeral from last year. He said I have heard about you people and we won't be dealing with u. Now I'm sorry if that's how u treat the living g how are u treating the dead. Really unprofessional. Thanks for making this process ten times worse than it already is. Just as a side note...
